Instructions for Importing Data
- The first row of your file must contain the column headers.
- The headers must match exactly the table structure where the import will be performed.
- Do not include the ID column (it is automatically generated by the system).
- Use the semicolon ( ; ) as the field delimiter.
- Remove any special characters such as ", ', ;, ,, tab, or any non‑standard symbol.
- The maximum allowed size for online import is 5,000 rows.
- If your file exceeds this limit, please split it into multiple smaller files.
Duplicate Data Notice
After completing the import, please review the imported table to ensure that no duplicate records were created. Since the import process inserts data directly into the database, duplicate entries may occur if the source file contains repeated values or overlapping information.
It is recommended to verify the imported data and remove or correct any duplicates to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
