This software is the exclusive intellectual property of Mirco Endrizzi. The client receives only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the application as defined in the service agreement. No ownership, source code rights, or intellectual property rights are transferred to the client under any circumstances. The client is solely responsible for all data entered into the system, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with internal policies. The software provider cannot control, verify, or supervise the content inserted by the client or its personnel. Any misuse of the system, improper data handling, or unauthorized access performed by the client's staff or third parties is entirely under the client's responsibility. The provider guarantees the integrity, security, and correct functioning of the software and the protection of data at the server and infrastructure level. This includes system hardening, secure hosting, encrypted connections, and protection against external threats. However, the provider is not responsible for internal data breaches caused by the client's users, shared credentials, weak passwords, or inadequate internal security practices. Regarding GDPR and privacy compliance, the client is fully responsible for ensuring that all personal data processed through the system complies with applicable laws. The software does not transmit or share data with third parties unless explicitly configured by the client. The client must obtain all necessary consents, maintain lawful data processing practices, and ensure that the use of the application aligns with their internal privacy policies and legal obligations.
